This website does not currently host contact forms, accounts or analytics tracking. If you email us or call us using the addresses and numbers on this site, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, contact details and what you are looking for.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and to provide real estate brokerage services you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the services you ask for — for example with a lender, title or escrow company, inspector or multiple listing service in connection with a transaction you are pursuing — or where required by law or by our obligations as a licensed Washington real estate firm.

Prior website accounts

Our previous website offered visitor accounts, saved property searches, favorite listings and email alerts through a third-party platform. That platform's service to us ended on July 31, 2026, and those accounts and saved records are no longer accessible to us. If you had an account, it is not active and we cannot retrieve its contents.

Retention

Records related to real estate transactions are retained as required by Washington law and applicable regulations. Other inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided.
